Last night I woke to see a shadow cast over me
A tall black silhouette of a shape what could it be?
My imagination runs wild with stories passed down through time
Told by generations of mortals of one who travels through spiraling portals
The clock strikes 12 and started to chime
Is it an acid flashback or am I outta my mind
The shape moves closer to me, it has a beard made out of bees
Wearing short, shorts and has armadillos strapped to his knees

He got toenails like a bear and lives in a dragon’s lair

Paralysed in shock, I try to run but my shoes are now made out of rocks
I’m totally surrounded by alligators, cane toads and a two headed fox
And my couch has turned into a setting sun
By now I think to myself, I gotta get the hell outta here!!
But then the Psychedelic wizard speaks the words…
“you have nothing to fear, I’ve only come to smoke your dope;
Read a book and talk about the pope and drink all your fuckin’ beer”
